I complained to the Call Center. After taking down my location details and the a/c nbr I was responded with an SMS having a reference nbr. After about 1&half hrs, I got a call from Pannipitiya Elect. Board to confirm my location. Again after about another 1&half hrs, the tech assistance lorry arrived and two technicians restored the power. Wonderful service. Global standards. HATS OFF to all. This is real COMMUNITY SERVICE. Thank you all very much.

They took down my location details and the a/c nbr and later I got an SMS having a reference nbr for my complaint. 1&half hrs later I received a phone call from Pannipitiya Electricity Board to confirm my location. Another 1&half hrs later, the repair crew arrived. Two technicians restored power within a matter of 5 minutes. Wonderful service, truly global standards. HATS OFF to all. Thank you all very much.
