i was calling from Valaichenai to reserve three seats. when i was call first, they were good response and said they will send conductor mobile number, but they did not send. after half an hour i called again but different person answered. and his talking style was not polite or good. its like a irresponsible talk. and he disconnect his mobile while i was speaking. simply im requesting to batti sltd is they should speak politly. otherwise........
